4.08 Indianapolis Hoosier Daddy's - RB Dwayne Washington

In the real world: Great size-speed combo—6'2”, 226, ran a 4.44 40—but he may not offer much more than those commodities. His NFL.com scouting report called him “a long shot” to succeed in the pros. A history of knee injuries (most recently missing the last 3 games of 2015). Although he was a converted wide receiver, he had his share of drops at UW, and his hands weren't too good during his Pro Day, either. He had 4 fumbles (3 lost) in just 47 carries in 2015, although some of that can be chalked up to trying to get every last yard he can. The Detroit Lions signed him as an undrafted free agent, and while they have a few other backs already, it's not like any of them stand out--Ameer Abdullah has small hands and fumbles too much, Stevan Ridley is injury-prone, and Zach Zenner came into the NFL with a load of wear and tear on his tires already before suffering a season-ending injury.
In the TUFF world: The Detroit Vipers originally had this pick but sold it to Indy for 10 TUFFs. This is a very good pick considering the need for running backs in this league coupled with the size-speed combo, and I seriously considered that size-speed combo at 4.01.
