3.14 Houston Tethered Swimmers - TE Seth DeValve

In the real world: What were the Cleveland Browns thinking?!? Here they were, making this big deal about analytics by hiring ex-baseball exec Joey DePodesta as their new GM, and in Round 4, they drafted DeValve, who is too slow to be a wide receiver (4.68 40) and doesn't yet have the bulk or strength to be a tight end. Frank Cooney's NFLDraftScout.com profile ranked him 47th in this year's TE class, and NFL.com's draft profile projected him to be an undrafted free agent.
In the TUFF world: This pick is OK for the Tethered Swimmers because they're drafting him as insurance for their most productive TE last season, Gary Barnidge. If Barnidge were to get hurt, DeValve would stand to benefit. With that said, if I were in Jeff Rathburn's shoes, I would have drafted WR Chris Moore (as insurance for last year's first-round pick, Breshad Perriman).
