3.16 Carolina Convicts - WR Keyarris Garrett

In the real world: The Carolina Panthers signed Garrett as an undrafted free agent out of Tulsa. He broke his leg in 2013, and had surgery to have a titanium rod inserted, but due to an infection, he had to have that surgery all over again. He has a good combination of size and speed 6'3", 220 lb., 4.53 40). He was 20th on Sigmund Bloom's Pre-Draft top 100 list, and he was mentioned a few times as one of the draft's better small-school prospects.
In the TUFF world: Garrett landed on my draft board for two reasons: It's not often that an undrafted free agent wide receiver gets drafted in the TUFF Draft (DaRick Rogers in 2013 was a notable exception), but such is the case when the talent pool is shallow as this year's is.
