3.04 Indianapolis Hoosier Daddy's - WR Rashard Higgins

In the real world: The Cleveland Browns took Higgins in Round 5, and in my estimation, he's the best of the receivers they drafted on the third and final day of the NFL Draft.  He's quicker than he showed at the Combine--he put on weight because he was on the skinny side in college--and showed how productive he could be in 2014 (before his QB, Garrett Grayson, left for the NFL, and his coach, Jim McElwain, left for Florida).
In the TUFF world: Indy had an interesting choice to make here. There's no denying that Higgins is a great prospect--I would have considered him at 3.08 as a handcuff for Corey Coleman--but at the same time, I wonder if Indy considered taking QB Connor Cook to handcuff to Derek Carr (my guess is, they did, but passed).
