2.13 Arizona Outlaws - TE Austin Hooper

In the real world: For the Atlanta Falcons, Hooper could be the long-overdue replacement for Tony Gonzalez (who retired after 2013). His NFL.com draft profile compared him to another Stanford product, Coby Fleener, but also added that Hooper could put on 8-10 pounds of muscle to his frame without losing any speed, and thus be a more well-rounded tight end than Fleener has been.
In the TUFF world: Getting a new starting tight end was one of the Outlaws' priorities--Owen Daniels and Scott Chandler were unsigned free agents when this Draft Wrapup was published (and in fact, the Outlaws released Chandler), and Mychal Rivera will likely lose playing time to second-year man Clive Walford on the Raiders.
